Really, you should all try it, no matter where you live. As I’ve said before – we all take where we live for granted, and when you live in London, like I do, that’s a sad, sad thing. So last week, after visiting the Roy Lichtenstein exhibition at the Tate modern, I took a leisurely walk along the Southbank and snapped the sights along the Thames.
I watched a film crew filming two people acting by the river, some skaters practicing their moves surrounded by the brightest graffiti, big red busses crossing the Thames and people going along the river by boat. I still love how people on boats always wave, and we must always wave back.
We stopped off by the Royal Festival Hall to get some food before we went home. Every now and again I think we all need to be tourists for a day, or even a few hours, to take in the wonders of where we live.
Looking fabulous London.
